Information about the detachment

The first arrival of students' cooking team «HoReCa» was held in summer 2009. Work in the unit is a industrial practice of 3rd year students of the Faculty of multilevel training. The interns serve vacationers one of the best resorts in Krasnodar region with European and world cuisine, so at the end they have a lot of experience in food preparation.
