Research Institute of the Processing and Certification of Food Products was created as an independent structural unit of KemIFST in the frames of development and implementation of the priority basic research in the field of processing, quality assurance and food safety (the decision of the Academic Council of the Institute, the protocol number 306 from 26.12.2013, Order of the Rector number 026 KP from 23.01. 2014).
